Instead of sending the eek (2021) record directly into space as was done with the Golden Records (1977), Minha Park created this performance while contemplating how to play eek on Earth. The LP record rotates at 33rpm, vibrating to emit sound, the mechanism of which is like a star’s orbit from Park’s perspective. She orchestrated a performance that allowed various cosmic landscapes to unfold on the surface of the transparent record, using diverse lighting techniques. As the beams of light fuse with the record‘s orbit and surface, the record itself transforms into a star.

박민하는 eek 레코드를 골든 레코드처럼 우주로 직접 쏘아 보내는 대신, 지구에서 어떻게 연주할 것인가를 생각하며 이 공연을 만들었다. LP 음반은 33rpm 으로 회전하며 진동하고, 이로써 음악을 만들어내는데 박민하는 이러한 메커니즘이 마치 별의 궤도와 같다고 생각했다. 그녀는 다양한 조명을 사용하여 투명한 레코드의 표면에 여러 우주적 풍경이 펼쳐 질 수 있도록 하는 퍼포먼스를 진행했다. 빛의 광선이 음반의 표면과 궤도에 융합되면서 음반은 그 순간 별이 된다.
