Drömmar om Namnlösa Dagar
8min, HD, single channel video installation, b&w+color, stereo sound, 2012

Through appropriating IKEA catalog images and a 3D simulation program from IKEA website, the artist talks about the contrast between the illusion of the image of “home” and the actual unstable life under globalization. Desaturated black & white images, voiceovers talking about the insomnia, and atonal music reinterpret the catalog images as a film noir full of suspense.
