Originating from the studies of the 11th-century Iraqi optic physicist, Discourse on Twin Mirrors reads the moments when light and immaterial images tactically intervene in the physical world. Just as in the old tales, in which anyone who faces one’s own doppelgänger must meet their demise, this piece tells a story of mirrors that can never meet, never reflect each other.

『이중거울담론』 은 11세기 이라크 광학물리학자의 연구로부터 출발해, 빛과 비물질적 이미지가 물리적 세계에 전술적으로 개입했던 순간을 읽어 나간다. 자신의 도플갱어와 마주한 사람은 반드시 죽음을 맞이한다는 옛 설화처럼, 결코 만날 수 없고 서로를 비출 수 없는 거울의 이야기.
